Tejonah-Sharon McKay [Y9] has been selected as an elite basketball player to represent the London Region at the Aspire National Championship for U15s age group in Manchester on 27 & 28 July 2019, organised by the Basketball England.

Basketball England advise that this event and player’s achievement is another stepping stone towards Basketball England Player Performance Pathway for future age group selections and potentially England/Great Britain Player’s national training programme.

London Region Basketball – local governance for basketball within the Region, takes this opportunity to congratulate our member[s] of staff concerned with the coaching of this student and on the progress that has been achieved. We appreciate their efforts on behalf of Heston Community School and Basketball England very much. London has a history of finishing in the top four places of this annual event and look forward to another national challenge.
