Heston hosted The Green School in the U14 girls’ basketball final on Thursday 11th December. Influential captain, Lara Hassan (pictured below right receiving the cup)  showed her class dictating the play with Faith Mannion, returning after a lengthy absence. There were also solid performances from Raveena Kalsi, Noor Nisar, Gurpavan Johal and Sanna Hassan.

An excellent team performance gave Heston a 52:29 victory and they collected a trophy as Borough Champions.

Heston’s U16 girls’ basketball team also came out winners in a tournament held at Lampton beating St Mark’s 26-7 in the semi-final and ending up convincing winners in the final where they beat Lampton 50-5
