Pupil Premium and Recovery Premium
The School is determined that our students’ financial circumstances will not be a barrier to their success. Consistently, our disadvantaged students perform above the national average.
No single difficulty hinders the progress of our disadvantaged students. Every child comes to the School with a unique set of experiences, aspirations and prior achievements. Our knowledge of your child allows us to support their personal development and nurture their talents to ensure academic excellence.
What is Pupil Premium?
National statistics demonstrate that students experiencing financial hardship do not achieve as well as their peers. The Pupil Premium Grant is additional government funding given to schools to help raise the progress and outcomes of disadvantaged pupils. The aim of this funding is to try and close the ‘achievement gap’ by enabling schools to offer targeted support to individual students.

- Adopted Children or Looked After Children
Children of Service Personnel
